I'm semi-new to the blogging thing, so I decided to open up a new blog after a hiatus and try out a few interesting ideas. Here's some of what you can expect to find here:
The Blog of Someone with a Much More Interesting Life-
This is going to be a writing exercise for me in which I hope to get a feel for writing out a long continuous story, rather than a bunch of short ones. I'm still trying to think of a good plot set up, so it may not start for a little while, but hopefully I can get to a point where I'm updating it regularly. Expect something epic.
My Arting-
I'll be posting a lot of my art here as well. I draw a variety of things, most of them people or characters, and most of them bad. I'm getting better though, so you can chronicle my progress! I'll post a few things at the bottom of the post so you can get a feel for what I do.
My Life Sucks, What About Yours?-
This being a blog, you should expect blog posts. I will rant about things, whether it be deep and meaningful like religion, or if a vampire could beat a werewolf in a fight (my opinion? definitely). Other times I'll talk about things like perhaps how to defend yourself in case of a velociraptor attack, or how to make a killer crew to compete in The Streets. Always fun, never relevant, you guys could enjoy it who knows!
So thats the basic rundown of my blog as I see it. I bet you're wondering about the name. It is rather odd after all. Besides being a combination of two pretty sweet words (Iscariot? come on how much better does it get) there is a deeper meaning behind it. Iscariot, which is also the last name of Judas, that dude who betrayed Jesus, often means false or fake. Combined with the word Golden, it essentially means Fool's Gold. So while at first it may seem that my blog is actually really interesting, you are mistaken! Hah, hows it feel to be played? I bet you wish you didn't waste your time reading all of this.
